Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Orders are typically delivered within 5 days to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Method: All orders are shipped via reliable courier services. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. JSky.UK Racing is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items returned after the 14-day return period, or items that are not in their original packaging and condition, are not eligible for a refund.
